Luke 12:27-28

"Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!"

I think this verse always assures me that He's got a hold on my life. When things are going smoothly, surely its easy to believe in such a verse. But when life dips to harder times, its not that easy anymore. But i remember what my Eng teacher, who's a Christian, once told me..Dare to believe! Do i dare?

Moving on, it was Joe's album launch last night!

I back up sung with Nina (she blends so well with people. love singing with her!) It was a beautiful concert. It went so well! I'm so proud of Joe, and the band.. Joe maintained his level throughout the concert.. His vocals and playing was great! James (he totally rocked out! awesome stuff), Raymond (love his freestyle), Darren (you know how the Dashing works!), Isaac (gorgeous harmonica solo and guitar-ing)!

I think last night, i re-discovered my love for singing. Actually, for the past few weeks i have been really excited about music. Hoping to do some covers with Isaac. We already did Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat's Lucky. I sound really bad on the guy's part cuz it was really low (i'm a soprano okay! Hee). I didnt even expect Isaac to post it online! But its all good. :)

But anyways, for me, yesterday wasn't just a performance. It was a form of worship. My God Reigns really blew me away. I totally felt His anointing. I can't wait the next time i sing. :)

Gotta bounce people. Dinner. Study.

29 DAYS!! Gulp.

Mwaah.

So! As promised (sorry it took so long).. I should be in school right now, man!
Heh heh!

Let me bring you back my PAST. The times when i had big dreams. Big dreams of becoming a..

Hold up HOLD Up. Thats what i'm eating right now. Isn't Nasi Lemak like THE most delicious thing ever? . Ahem. Lets restart, shall we:

The times when i had big dreams. Big dreams of becoming a..

GYMNAST

Wouldn't it have been funny if i said i wanted to become a "gymnastics"? Hahahahaha. Ahem. Back to the point. Yes! The truth is out! It was my childhood dream to become one. I always loved the grace, the movements, routines.. I would borrow books from the library, watch movies, practise on my own cos of how much i liked it! I even managed to go from "cannot do the splits" to "I can do the splits!!". Too bad i never fulfilled this dream. It would've been extremely expensive, the gym was light years away from where i stayed (I even went to the gym and watched them practise!). Lets just say the odds were more against me, than for me, at that time.

As i watched the athletes perform in the Olympics '08, i was dazzled! My dream rekindled! Hahah. Beautiful stuff! Even though my dream never came true, i will always enjoy watching it and will be constantly reminded of the time when i ALMOST became a gymnast! *bitterness* Hehe! Here are some pictures i got off Google.

Don't we all just love the ribbon? I do! Hee.

Where are you heading to, woman?

Get it get it?? Hahahaha. That was NOT planned

Now, if u didn't know.. I'm a fan of Twiggies. Yes, those chocolate buns. I mean.. Yummy!! (where is she getting to with this?) Hehe. I was telling Ming bout my gymnastic dreams. He said this, and i quote:

"Yeah you should have done something about it rather than eat those Twiggies. Imagine if you went to compete in the Olympics! Wouldn't that be cool.
Now you're just eating Twiggies."

Now, isn't he just a charmer? =D.
